Appointment confirmations will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Click the link in this text to confirm your appointment. I currently have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment must be canceled within the 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you no-show, a $25 rebooking fee per service (cut and color are 2 separate services) will be required before booking your next appointment. *During the colder season, my cancellation policy is adjusted as follows. If major roadways are publicly closed, the cancellation fee will be waived. I realize that we do see heavy weather here, however my cancellation policy does still stand in the absence of major, publicized road closures.
I pride myself in running on time. In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule and will be charged the $25 rebooking fee per service scheduled.
If you are unhappy with and service, please feel free to contact me within 7 days and I will be happy to redo the original service to the best of my ability. I currently do not offer any refunds for services preformed.
(Example: If you went blonde and feel like blonde isn't for you, changing back to brunette is not a redo, it is a full price service.)
