Cancellations

Appointment confirmations will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Click the link in this text to confirm your appointment. I currently have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment must be canceled within the 48 hours prior to your appointment, or you no-show, a $50 rebooking fee will be required before booking your next appointment.

 

New guests who no-show will not have the option to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule and will be charged the $50 rebooking fee per service scheduled.

Re-do's

If you are unhappy with and service, please feel free to contact me within 7 days and I will be happy to redo the original service to the best of my ability.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any product, if returned within 7 days, you can exchange it for a new product. I currently do not offer refunds on any products.
